- Open worldwide to amateur and professional photographers aged 19 and over for portfolio and single-image categories. Rising Talent is for amateurs and semi-professionals. Young TPOTY is for entrants aged 18 and under. Generative AI images are excluded.

- Copyright remains with entrants; organisers receive permission for free reproduction and exhibition in connection with the awards, while duration, territory, exclusivity and AI training terms are not specified in the official rules.
